Jackie's Auto Clinic

This repair shop had my car for 3 days. I was told the repair would take 2 days. At the end of day 3, I paid $1,500 for an oil pan gasket leak and check engine light. The oil leak was not fixed and my check engine light came back on. I was told that the repair wasn't properly done because I rushed them and that 'gravity' was a factor for the repair. Very bad experience and I urge anyone to look elsewhere for a professional repair.

*DISCLAIMER* I don't receive compensation for an honest review! This place is as advertised! I actually met the owner who came to personally inspect my vehicle, & they actually explain to you where & how you're spending your hard earned money! The staff here is very honest, knowledgeable, and they're very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jackie's Auto Clinic to get your vehicle repaired, they did wonders with my A/C! #supportsmall&minority biz #SATexas

I brought in my vehicle for a coolant leak from a bad water pump. Originally, I was quoted over $2,000 to repair that and replace my motor mounts. When I picked up my car to pay, they told me it’s going to be much less because they ended up not needing to replace the motor mounts and just needed to replace some bolts. I was surprised at their honesty because I feel most shops would have gone along with it to make the money and I would have never known. It’s obvious why they’ve been in business for as long as they have. Thank you again for the repair and thank you for your honest service!

We just got our AC in our car fixed here and the service couldn’t have been any better!! Bruce and his mechanics are all very knowledgeable and attentive and answered all of our questions. The price was very fair and they did not charge for the consultation, which is unheard of compared to other places! I highly highly recommend going here!!
